Use of app

NetlumaVPN is an iOS VPN client for importing profiles, configuring an iOS Network Extension tunnel, selecting managed Global servers, and viewing connection information.

VPN profiles

You are responsible for every VPN profile, QR code, link, hostname, key, user identifier, password, certificate, or other credential that you import or use.

Subscriptions via Apple / App Store

If Premium features are available, purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Pricing, trials, renewal, cancellation, refunds, taxes, and payment methods are handled by Apple.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use NetlumaVPN to break the law, harm others, attack networks, send spam, distribute malware, infringe rights, or bypass rules you are required to follow.

Third-party services

Imported VPN providers, DNS resolvers, Apple systems, and IP information services are not controlled by NetlumaVPN and may have separate terms and policies.

Availability

Connection speed, availability, routing, latency, and compatibility depend on your device, local network, internet provider, selected profile, server provider, and iOS behavior.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, NetlumaVPN is provided as is and the operator is not liable for indirect damages, lost data, service interruption, or third-party provider actions.
